**About Us**:
**Taradevi's Enclave** is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced **Admin & Security Incharge** to oversee and manage administrative functions along with the security operations of our premises.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily administrative operations and facility management
- Supervise and coordinate security staff and procedures
- Ensure safety protocols and emergency response plans are in place
- Monitor CCTV, entry logs, and overall site security
- Liaise with vendors, local authorities, and law enforcement when needed
- Maintain records, reports, and incident logs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in administration and/or security management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and manage a security team effectively
- **Retired Army or Police personnel** are strongly encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with industrial/commercial security operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (required)

- Security & Admin Incharge: 5 years (required)
