*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Site Supervision:*
- Oversee ongoing projects to ensure timely completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor site activities, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.

2. *Manpower Management:*
- Lead, manage, and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure adequate manpower allocation, training, and development.

3. *Execution Knowledge:*
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all types of executions, including but not limited to:

- Civil works
- Interior design and installation
- Furniture and fixtures installation

4. *Business Acquisition:*
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire them.
- Build relationships with potential clients, architects, and designers.
- Pitch Homelane's services and products to secure new projects.

5. *Additional Responsibilities:*
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and marketing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research.

*Requirements:*
- 5+ years of experience in site supervision, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project execution and business acquisition.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of interior design, furniture, and construction industry.
