**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Assist in developing tax-efficient strategies and solutions for clients to minimize tax liabilities.
- Conduct tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of tax services.
- Assist in conducting audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with US auditing standards and regulations.
- Perform detailed testing of financial controls and transactions.
- Prepare audit workpapers and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and supporting documentation.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Excellent command of English and good communication skills.
- CA Inter - Completion of 3 years of Articleship.
- or Min 1+ years of US accounts/tax experience
- Comfortable working in the following shift timings:
