**Cashier - Tanishq RR Nagar, Bangalore**

**Responsibilities**

1.Greet customers, including answering phone calls & directing customer inquiries to appropriate party

2. Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers, take assistance of BOS and / or store manager whenever required

3. Resolve escalated issues with angry customers, coordinate with store staff as & when required

4.Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy, coordinate with retail staff for product inquiries and price checks

5. Receive and process all payments according to standard procedure, take assistance of BOS and / or store manager whenever required

6. Scan products, operate scanning equipment, fix scanning issues whenever required

7. Process credit and debit cards for payments, help customers use processing equipment properly

8. Count money back to customer in an accurate and concise manner.

9.Assist in the opening and closing of a retail store which includes but isn’t limited to cash handling and deposits.

10. Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays

11. Complete processes and maintain applicable paperwork and records

12. Reconcile revenue at the end of the day ensuring revenue equals receipts

**Education**

1. 12/ Graduation & Above

2. MS Office & proficiency in excel is a must

**Skills**

1. Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations

2. Selling & customer service

3. MIS Reporting

4. Communication
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language

5. Computer operating knowledge

**Experience**

1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as Sales Executive

**Location**: RR Nagar **Raja-rajeshwari (**#21 B.E.M.L Layout 3rd Stage Jawaharlal, Jawaharlal Nehru Rd, RR Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560098)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
