Sound Technician

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in setting up, testing, and operating audio equipment, including microphones, mixers, and soundboards.
- Work with the sound team to mix and monitor audio during live events.
- Troubleshoot audio issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Perform routine maintenance on audio equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in managing the setup and teardown of audio equipment at event venues.
- Ensure audio quality meets client and company standards.
- Collaborate with lighting and visual teams to create a cohesive event experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in live sound preferred
- Understanding of audio equipment and signal flow
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and long hours when needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions
