**Customer Support Executive**
Process Name: mahindra holidays - inbound Voice
Company: Tech Mahindra
**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:
1) Answer queries professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.
2) Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
3) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
4) Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
**Experience**: 6 months (Any customer service)
**Education**: HSC/Graduate
**Shift Timing**
Male - Rotational shifts
- 24*7 (Any 9hours)
Female - 8AM to 8PM (Any 9 hours)
6 Days working, 1 Rotational Week Off.
**Salary**
6 month experience - 21700 fixed + 2500 incentives
1 year experience - 22700 fixed + 2700 incentives
1. Joining Bonus of 12.5k will be paid upon completion of 90 days in the 4th month salary.
2. Retention Bonus of 12.5k will be paid upon completion of 180 days in the 7th month
**Location**: Chandivali (Near sakinaka metro station), MUMBAI
