Maintain Accurate And Up-To-Date Records Of All Sales Transactions, Invoices, And Related Documentation.
?Collaborate With Sales And Finance Teams To Resolve Any Billing Discrepancies Or Issues Promptly.
?Prepare And Analyze Monthly Sales Reports To Track Revenue Performance And Identify Trends Or Areas For Improvement.
?Assist In Month-End Closing Activities, Including Revenue Recognition And Accruals, As Required.
?Stay Updated On Relevant Accounting Standards, Regulations, And Best Practices Related To Sales Billing And Revenue Recognition.
?Provide Support And Training To Junior Staff Members On Billing Processes And Tally Software Usage Whenever Required.
?Communicate Effectively With Internal Stakeholders And External Customers To Address Inquiries And Resolve Billing-Related Issues In A Timely Manner.
?Knowledge Of MS Excel
?Basic Knowledge Of GST And TDS
?Process And Generate Sales Invoices Accurately And Efficiently Using Tally Software.
Previous Experience In Billing, Accounting, Or A Related Field
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Should Be Able To Relocate To Rajkot, Gujarat
