Mukat Hospital is seeking a dedicated **Resident Medical Officer (RMO)** to provide round-the-clock medical support and ensure high-quality patient care. The RMO will be responsible for assisting consultants, managing emergencies, and monitoring patient progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide initial assessment and treatment to patients under the supervision of senior doctors
- Monitor and manage in-patient care, including regular rounds and documentation
- Assist in medical procedures, emergency cases, and ICU/CCU patient management
- Ensure timely communication between consultants, nursing staff, and patients' families
- Maintain accurate medical records and prescribe necessary medications
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with the emergency team
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: MBBS/BAMS (Additional certifications in emergency care or critical care will be an advantage)
- **Experience**: Minimum One years in a hospital setting (Freshers may also apply)
- **Skills**: Strong clinical knowledge, decision-making abilities, and patient care management
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duties

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in ICU/CCU, emergency, or ward management
