**About the Company**:
Rio Clays is a leading manufacturer in the Kaolin clay industry, committed to quality, efficiency, and safety in all aspects of our operations. We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled **Forklift & Loader Driver** to support our production and logistics operations at our Padhar facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklift and front-end loader to transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items within the premises.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently from trucks and storage areas.
- Ensure proper stacking and handling to prevent product damage.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks of the equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Comply with all safety guidelines, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and equipment.
- Valid forklift and/or loader operating license required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating forklift and loader machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and material handling practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts if required.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) or as per shift schedule
**Remuneration**: Competitive and in line with industry standards, based on experience and qualifications.
