**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Recruitment of manpower:

- Undertake new recruitment: Advertise, interview and recruit
- Office Staff and other office work
- Consultants
- Admin Role
- Documentation:

- Issue appointment, confirmation, increment, warning and termination letters
- Maintain employee profiles and records
- Prepare and maintain job specifications / SOPs
- Providing management information and feedback.
- Training & Induction:

- Conduct Induction training & inform employees about office rules & regulations to be adhered to, Office discipline and their duties and responsibilities
- Compliance of HSE policies of the organization
- Other Responsibilities:

- Taking exit interviews
- Maintain knowledge of HR laws
- Any other HR related work assigned to you from time to time
- Data Gathering of website
- Blog posting
