End-to-End Social Media Management:
Manage and execute all social media functions as outlined in the department's workflow, including strategy implementation, campaign execution, content planning and creation, scheduling, and community management.

Take ownership of tasks from initiation to completion, preparing all necessary components for HOD review.

Information Filtering and HOD Preparation:
Analyze trends, algorithm changes, and performance data, summarizing key insights and proposing actions for HOD review.

Filter and refine content plans, creative concepts, and campaign proposals before presenting them for final approval.

Content Oversight and Coordination:
Oversee the content creation process, ensuring quality and brand alignment across all formats (text, images, video, graphics).

Coordinate with internal or external resources for content production.

Operations and Scheduling:
Manage the social media calendar and scheduling across all platforms.

Ensure smooth and timely posting of all approved content.

Community Engagement and Support:
Manage community interactions and handle inquiries, escalating critical issues to the HOD.

Coordinate cross-departmental support requests related to social media.

Performance Reporting:
Track, analyze, and prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance and campaign results for HOD review.

Post-Approval Dissemination:
Clearly communicate and distribute finalized strategies, content plans, and approved tasks to relevant team members or stakeholders for execution.

Ensure the team is aligned on approved social media activities.

Liaison and Coordination:
Act as a primary liaison with other departments for social media needs, managing and filtering requests.

Coordinate with external partners or agencies as required.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
