**LEGAL (Land Due Diligence)**: Looking for Legal Officer / Executive for Land /Property Documentation & Due Diligence who is having the experience in Land /Property Laws - Experience in Land Due Diligence - To be aware of the local land laws - Co-ordinating with the Business Development Team/land aggregator for procuring all - documents related to land. - Verifying the documents and procuring additional documents from Business - Development Team/ land aggregator. - Coordinating with the local advocate and effectively proceeding and concluding with the - due diligence process. - To investigate the title of the property intending to be purchased/ taken up for - development and advise the Management. - Drafting / reviewing of Definitive documents for closure of transaction. - Co-ordinating with the concerned team for registration of the Definitive documents - Day to day correspondence - Drafting and Vetting of Lease deeds, leave and license agreements, Contract - Agreements, Addendum, Supplemental Agreement, Amendment Agreement and other - documents viz. NDA, Commercial Agreements, Term Sheet, Letter of Intent etc. - Drafting and vetting of Customer Agreements, LOI & other documents. - Handling compliances related to Land and project related including RERA. - Full Legal support in the formation / registration and handover of Societies. - Coordinating with Legal counsels - Capable of effectively negotiating with the prospective Client/prospective Clients - Advocate in concluding the transactions. - Upon finalization of the Agreements, to ensure Registration of the same with the office of - the SRO. - Responsible for issuing and replying to Legal notices - providing opinion. - Tracking status/ outcomes of the cases filed by/ against the company. - Maintenance of case lists, records and MIS with updating of cases. - Providing legal inputs, guidance, feedback and advise on all legal matters. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Food provided - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
