**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and update inventory records accordingly.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- **Stock Replenishment**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders for replenishing stock as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and proper storage of merchandise in designated areas.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in product merchandising and display set-up to attract customers and drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.
- Promote special offers, discounts, and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and maintain store-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Assist in conducting regular stock takes, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory records.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- years of experience in a retail or store management role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Offered CTC**: Competitive salary based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
