**C12-Deposit Risk Manager** **Responsibilities**: Responsible for Analytics on the Deposit Risk portfolio, assisted by the Deposit Risk Policy team, and reporting to the Deposit Risk Policy Manager Manage Deposit Risk policy for aligned Products, focusing on loss mitigation on deposits/overdrafts, working as a group within Portfolio Policy Department to set risk appetite for the product Partner with risk/ops counterparts and the and business to manage portfolio to achieve plan numbers and product sustainability Work together with risk/ops counterparts and the and business to ensure correct policy implementation on an operational level Interact with regional counterparts for policy approval and adherence to Global/Regional Policy requirement Provide analytics on portfolio level and segment level for the purpose of monitoring & policy adjustment with the ultimate goal of managing risk and maximizing rewards Work together with the Risk MIS team, in charge of Credit Risk Reporting and Portfolio Quality Review Reporting, as well as facilitate ad-hoc reporting as needed Qualifications: 8 years’ experience in Statistics/Analytics/Decision Management will be desirable Maintain effective negotiation skills, a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating Risk issues, strength in sustaining autonomous views Management Capability Able to make decisions on matters pertaining to aspects of risk, especially on credit risk Able to identify and influence key decision makers across various levels and functions within the organization Able to work in a rapidly changing external environment and support business in a highly competitive and challenging market Experience in Statistics/Analytics/Decision Management will be desirable. Able to make decisions in high risk scenarios, appropriately assessing a situation based on available data, experience, intuition, and judgment Able to work across levels in risk management and also with other operations and business teams - Excellent Presentation skills - adept at presenting effectively to audiences of various sizes and adapting style as necessary **Education**: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Credit & Portfolio Risk Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
