**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to provide part-time care to our patients, working 2 hours per day. This role offers the opportunity to work on a **profit-sharing** basis, providing a unique financial incentive based on patient care outcomes and clinic performance. You will diagnose and treat gastrointestinal conditions, perform endoscopic procedures, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, including conditions related to the stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, and colon.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and other relevant tests.
- Develop tailored treatment plans for patients based on their specific conditions.
- Offer preventative care advice, including dietary modifications and lifestyle changes to improve gastrointestinal health.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, following clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in patient consultations and follow-ups to ensure effective management of chronic conditions.
- Educate patients about their conditions and answer any questions regarding treatments or procedures.
- Contribute to the clinic’s growth and success, with a focus on patient satisfaction and improved health outcomes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
