**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications, such as memos, newsletters, and reports.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll support.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and research.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and office procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹9,883.55 - ₹19,435.91 per month

**Experience**:
