**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging, age-appropriate physical education and sports sessions.
- Understand each child’s personality, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Design creative and inclusive physical activities to encourage active participation.
- Foster values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and self-confidence.
- Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.
- Share regular feedback and updates on students’ progress.
- Ensure a safe and encouraging play environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in sports coaching, PE instruction, or similar roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Child-focused approach with a passion for physical education.
- Excellent **verbal communication skills** in English; local language is a bonus.
- Willingness to grow within a progressive, Montessori-inspired environment.
- Experience working with children is a plus.
