**Job Description: Leisure Sales & Business Development Manager** **Location**: Chenganassery Branch **Department**: Sales & Business Development **Reports To**: Managing Director **About the Role**: We seek a target-driven **Leisure Sales & Business Development Professional** to expand our domestic (Kerala/India) and international (Middle East, Europe, SEA) holiday package business. You will acquire new clients, nurture partnerships, and position our brand as a leader in curated experiential travel. **Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation** - Achieve and acquire new leisure sales (50% domestic, 50% international). - Focus on high-margin products: - Domestic: Luxury houseboats, Ayurveda wellness retreats, monsoon tourism - International: Dubai honeymoon packages, European group tours, Bali adventure trips - Cross-sell ancillary services (visa assistance, travel insurance, forex). **2. Market Expansion** - Identify and onboardB2B partners: - Local: Hotels, activity providers (e.g., Kathakali centers in Kochi) - International: DMCs, airlines (e.g., Emirates/SQ tie-ups for ME routes) - Develop corporate tie-ups for MICE travel (e.g., Cochin/Kochi-based IT firms)**.** **3. Customer Experience** - Design tailored itineraries based on client demographics (families, millennials, seniors). - Resolve pre/post-travel complaints within limited TAT.(24/7 support for international clients). **4. Digital & Offline Marketing** - Leverage social media (Instagram/WhatsApp) to showcase **"*Kerala Hidden Gems**"* campaigns. - Conduct travel webinars for NRI communities in GCC. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
