**Job description**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and market share goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create annual sales plans, setting targets, and forecasting sales volumes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring products meet market demands.
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities for product expansion.
**Education**:
- 12th Pass or Bachelor
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 Years
