**Position Summary**:
**WorkMarket**, an ADP Company, is the leading platform for on-demand workforce management. Our cloud-based Freelance Management System (FMS) is used by today’s biggest companies to organize, manage and pay their freelancers and independent contractors. The team is passionate about redefining the labor model for the 21st century and creating the best solutions for our customers. It is a large, complicated problem to solve and we can’t do it without having the best talent moving us forward and thinking outside the box.

**Our Solutions Engineering Team** is tasked with injecting technical expertise into multiple departments whenever it is required. The **Sr. Solutions Engineer** (SE) will be primarily focused around on gathering requirements for, designing, building and maintaining specialized customer solutions, in whatever form they take.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Interact with clients, leading integration and automation solution discussions
- Assist sales and implementation teams with discovery and scoping
- Document integration and automation statement of work requirements and review/validate with sales, implementation and product/engineering teams
- Implement & manage successful integration & automation deployments throughout the client lifecycle
- Develop and execute test plans
- Work closely with sales and implementation teams to ensure alignment on project timelines
- 50/50 on breakdown on functional vs. technical job duties

**EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED**:

- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive experience with:
- Web service APIs, cloud integrations
- Web data formats e.g. JSON, XML
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong grasp of web tech (HTTP, DNS, etc.)
- BS in computer science or equivalent experience

- Hybrid of work experience: meeting with clients to outline solutions, coordinating with internal partners & clients to deliver, and then ultimately building / delivering the solution. The ideal person should have experience working with large enterprises and in project planning
