**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop content strategies that align with clients' brand voice and objectives.
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy that effectively communicates key messages and engages target audiences.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience, incorporating relevant keywords and best practices for online readability and engagement.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and use data insights to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to develop multimedia content assets that enhance the overall user experience and drive results.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (typically 1 years) as a content writer or copywriter, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate original, engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
- Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources to inform content strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating a diverse range of content types and styles, as well as proven success in driving engagement and conversion through content marketing initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
