**Job Summary**:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the Service Department is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. This role involves handling service inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving complaints, and ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and timely updates on their vehicles. The CRE will collaborate with technicians and service teams to deliver a seamless experience and promote customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding vehicle service.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate service recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, providing timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Promote additional services and maintenance packages to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide reports on service performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, service management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
