Destination Expert

**Position Overview - Destination Expert**:
As a **Destination Expert**, you will act as a personal travel consultant to our clients, helping them plan memorable journeys tailored to their interests and preferences. From suggesting destinations to managing bookings, visas, and itineraries—you will handle end-to-end travel planning with professionalism and a personal touch.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client preferences and suggest suitable travel destinations and packages
- Plan customized domestic and international itineraries, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers
- Manage bookings, issue tickets, and coordinate with suppliers and travel partners
- Provide expert knowledge about destinations—local culture, climate, attractions, and travel requirements
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance
- Handle client queries and offer post-booking support
- Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal offers, and global travel guidelines

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in travel and tourism (Freshers with strong destination knowledge welcome)
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations (domestic & international)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems (preferred)
