We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about storytelling, digital media, and creating engaging content across various platforms. As a Junior Content Creator, you will collaborate with our content team to develop and produce compelling content that resonates with our audience and helps achieve our marketing and brand objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and production of multimedia content, including but not limited to: blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and podcasts.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm content ideas, develop content calendars, and plan editorial schedules.
- Research and gather information on relevant topics, trends, and industry news to inform content creation.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various content formats, adhering to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Participate in content ideation sessions and contribute creative ideas for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Assist in content production tasks such as photography, videography, editing, and graphic design as needed.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on content marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies through self-directed learning and industry research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and social media to ensure content alignment and consistency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital media, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and grammatically correct copy.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with basic graphic design and/or photography skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools and techniques, with a proactive approach to self-improvement.
- Prior experience or coursework in content creation, marketing, or related areas is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for storytelling and a commitment to producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
