Responsibilities
- **Create and revise drawings**:Develop detailed architectural and engineering plans for construction projects, such as buildings, bridges, and roads, using CAD software.
- **Collaborate with professionals**:Work closely with architects, engineers, and surveyors to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.
- **Ensure compliance**:Verify that all plans and drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- **Manage documentation**:Maintain accurate records of drawings and related documentation, updating them as needed to reflect project changes.
- **Conduct site visits**:Visit construction sites to gather data, verify measurements, and ensure that optimized plans align with real-world conditions.
- **Assist with project tasks**:Help prepare project proposals, technical documents, cost estimates, and schedules, providing support to project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **CAD Proficiency**:Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D, for creating and modifying drawings.
- **Technical Knowledge**:A strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and relevant codes and regulations.
- **Attention to Detail**:A keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure the precision of technical drawings.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, architects, and other team members to clarify project requirements and provide support.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the design and drafting process.
- **Adaptability**:Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project scopes.
- **Education**:An associate degree or certification in drafting or a related field is often preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
