Digital Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Developing and Executing Digital Marketing Strategies**: Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- **Managing Social Media Marketing**: Develop engaging content, manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), run targeted social media campaigns, and analyze performance.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content (on-page SEO), build backlinks (off-page SEO), and monitor website ranking and organic traffic.
- **Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC)**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads. This includes keyword bidding, ad copywriting, and budget management.
- **Content Marketing**: Assist in the creation of valuable and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, articles, videos, infographics) for various digital channels.
- **Website Management**: Update website content, collaborate with the design team to improve user experience, and ensure the website is optimized for conversions.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with sales, content, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and ensuring campaigns are cost-effective.
- **Keeping Up with Trends**: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Experience**: Typically, 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content and collaborating with teams.
- **Creativity**: Ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
