**Assistant Teacher Job Responsibilities**
- **Classroom Support** - Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and maintaining discipline.
- **Student Assistance** - Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help with lessons or assignments.
- **Lesson Preparation** - Help in preparing teaching materials, visual aids, and classroom resources.
- **Grading & Evaluation Support** - Assist in checking homework, tests, and maintaining student performance records.
- **Supervision Duties** - Supervise students during recess, lunch, field trips, and other school activities to ensure safety and proper behavior.
- **Classroom Organization** - Help keep the classroom clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
- **Communication & Collaboration** - Work closely with the lead teacher and school staff, and communicate with parents when required.
