**Salary**: 12000 to 15000 Per Month

**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily workforce and manage manpower allocation
- Monitor and record employee attendance and working hours
- Maintain and update employee salary records
- Coordinate with HR and accounts for payroll processing
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel
- Serve as a communication bridge between employees and clients
- Address and resolve employee issues or conflicts
- Ensure operational efficiency and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive work environment
- Conduct briefings and submit daily performance updates

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
