Paralegal Assistant

**Job Title**: General Paralegal

**Salary**: ₹30,000 per month

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in a legal or paralegal role (Freshers welcome with strong legal knowledge)

**Language Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Must speak clearly and confidently, ideally with a neutral or British accent
- Strong grammar skills and professional tone required

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **General Paralegal** to join our legal team in Ernakulam. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in legal practice while working in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and stakeholders
- Use client management software for case handling and documentation
- Provide transcription and typing support, including audio typing
- Maintain appointment diaries, visitor logs, and attendance records
- Manage client interactions professionally at reception and during meetings
- Support senior management with administrative and PA duties
- Work with solicitors on case preparation, including legal research
- Maintain accurate records and meet individual and team targets
- Help with client onboarding, ID checks, and compliance procedures
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and social media content creation
- Prepare documents and bundles for trial and tribunal submissions
