Job Description: Pre-Primary Teacher

Iris Florets School at Nallagandla is looking for pre-primary school teacher with experience of 2+ years, responsible for providing instructions and guidance to students in early years of their education.

**Roles & responsibilities include: -**
- Planning and delivering lessons that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Creating a positive and safe learning environment for students.
- Assessing and evaluating student progress and providing feedback to the parents.
- Communicating and collaborating with other teachers and staff members to support student learning.
- Work closely with the administration team for planning and preparation of children activities.
- Promote positive behavior and guide children in understanding and following expectations. Stay proactive in managing student behavior and addressing any disciplinary issues that may arise.
- Supporting children's social and emotional development
- As a Pre-primary teacher expose children to a wide range of learning experiences, including art&crafts, music, physical education, science exploration, and social studies. Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking skills through hands-on activities.
- Actively support in planning and preparation activities of any school events.
- Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.

**Job Requirements**:

- Any bachelor’s degree
- Timings: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Excellent Communication Skills

**Experience**:

- 2 years of teaching experience

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
