**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented
Mid-Level Data Scientist
retail sector

**Responsibilities**:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
Develop and implement
predictive models
and statistical analyses to support decision-making.
Conduct
exploratory data analysis (EDA)
to uncover meaningful insights and effectively communicate findings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
Visualize data and present findings to
non-technical audiences
in a clear and compelling manner.
Identify patterns, issues, and augmentation techniques to support
ML engineers
in building AI/ML models.
Participate in the
design and development of data pipelines
using Spark and other big data technologies.
Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models and analytics solutions.
Stay updated on
industry trends
and best practices in data science and big data technologies.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree
in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Master’s degree is a plus

3-5 years
of experience in
data science
or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as
Python, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scala
Experience with
big data technologies
(e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Strong understanding of
statistical models and machine learning techniques
Strong
EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) capabilities
with a knack for storytelling through data.
Experience in the
retail sector
is highly desirable.
Excellent
problem-solving skills
and attention to detail.
Strong
communication skills
