1. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly account closure, statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit.

2. Compliance with income tax, GST, and other statutory compliances, including filing returns, and replying to legal notices, and assessments.

3. Establish budgetary control, costing, and pricing.

4. Support management with relevant analysis, reports, and MIS.

5. Ability to work with other departments and drive growth and profitability.

6. Develop an IT system to support various reporting requirements.

7. Develop business models for new and existing businesses.

8. Support management in fundraising and other activities.

Experience:

- 12 + years.

Qualification : CA qualified

Ability to manage a team of 15 people.

Experience in dealing with BIG 4. Thorough knowledge in Accounting standards and reporting

Thorough knowledge in tax laws. experience in dealing with various tax authorities

Experience in handling MIS and budget.

Experience in dealing with merchant bankers, Investors and other financial institutions.

Experience in SAP and MS office

Good communication skill

**Salary**: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
