**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to the sales team by coordinating with Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Sales Managers (SM), Area Sales Managers (ASM), and Sales Executives. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with new distributors and supermarket purchase managers, ensuring seamless sales operations and prompt issue resolution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Coordination**: Act as a central point of contact between RSMs, SMs, ASMs, and Sales Executives to align sales strategies, provide updates, and ensure target achievements.
- **Distributor & Client Relations**: Engage with new distributors and supermarket purchase managers to facilitate orders, address inquiries, and strengthen relationships for repeat business.
- **Order Management**: Track incoming orders, communicate stock availability, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely dispatches to distributors and retail partners.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing accurate and timely information on product inventory, pricing, promotions, and delivery schedules.
- **Reporting**: Generate and maintain sales reports, order trackers, and distributor records. Share insights and trends with the team to support decision-making.
- **Follow-ups & Issue Resolution**: Regularly follow up with the sales team and external partners to resolve any order, delivery, or service-related issues efficiently.
- **Sales Materials & Updates**: Coordinate distribution of promotional materials, new product samples, and price updates to relevant team members and distributors.
- **Customer Service Support**: Address any customer or distributor inquiries and complaints, working closely with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales team members, distributors, and retail partners.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail in handling orders, reports, and customer inquiries.
- **Tech Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
