We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of refurbished laptops and desktops in our eCommerce and retail store. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions, ultimately contributing to the growth of our refurbished electronics business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers both online (eCommerce platform) and in-store to understand their requirements and preferences for refurbished laptops and desktops.
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of refurbished electronics and help them make informed purchase decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the refurbished electronics industry to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or eCommerce, with a focus on electronics or IT products.
- Knowledge of refurbished laptops, desktops, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and online sales processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Pay: ₹8,378.29 - ₹29,010.70 per month
