**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter data related to books, stationery, and other products into inventory management systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements—both inward and outward.
- Cross-check stock received with purchase orders and physical stock.
- Regularly update stock levels and notify discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Use **Excel formulas including VLOOKUP** to verify stock records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in stock audits and reconciliation processes.
- Generate inventory reports and summaries as required by the Warehouse/Inventory team.
- Collaborate with the purchase and order department for real-time data updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification: PUC or Any Graduate.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**, especially in functions like **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas**.
- Prior experience in stock entry or inventory data management is preferred.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic inventory or warehouse management systems is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
