**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the placement of students in suitable job roles across various locations.
- **Employer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with companies to identify job opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a database of company leads for placements.
- Act as a liaison between students and employers to ensure smooth placement processes.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Work with defined placement targets and strive to exceed them.
- Monitor and report placement metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- **Community Mobilization**:

- Promote the organization’s placement initiatives and training programs in the community.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance mobilization efforts.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, employer interactions, and placement outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on placement activities and progress toward targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
