**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mobile/Web Application Design**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
- **User Experience (UX) Focus**:

- Conduct user research and testing to validate designs and improve usability.
- Integrate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members into design iterations.
- **Collaboration with Developers**:

- Work closely with developers (frontend/backend) to ensure the feasibility and technical implementation of design solutions.
- Provide design specifications and assets for development teams, ensuring a smooth handoff process.
- Troubleshoot design and user experience issues during development and testing phases.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work done in Figma.
- Proficiency in Figma, including creating prototypes, UI components, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision (a plus).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of responsive web design principles (preferred).
- Knowledge of mobile design guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, especially related to user interface and user experience challenges.
- Knowledge of Agile development processes.
- Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Avocode.
- Basic knowledge of mobile app development processes and understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
