1. **Training Program Development**:

- Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, manuals, and multimedia content, tailored to different skill levels and learning styles.

2. **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions through various mediums, such as in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, catering to diverse audiences.

3. **Engagement and Interaction**:

- Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment by incorporating hands-on exercises, group discussions, case studies, and real-world examples.
- Address participants' questions, concerns, and challenges, providing timely and relevant feedback.

4. **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Develop evaluation methods, such as quizzes, practical exercises, and assessments, to gauge participants' comprehension and skills development.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

5. **Content Management**:

- Regularly update and refine training materials to reflect the latest industry trends, software updates, and technological advancements.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the relevance and accuracy of training content.

6. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

7. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, assessment scores, and training effectiveness metrics.
- Generate reports and insights to evaluate the impact of training programs on participants' skills and the organization's goals.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- advance java: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
