As the Digital of Marketing for our Brands, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs to capture and nurture users.
- Drive the Growth marketing vertical with a specific focus on driving growth and new acquisitions via both outreach and product-led marketing
- Work closely with the product team to improve the product experience for new acquisitions
- Design and ensure execution of branding and demand generation campaigns, across various marketing strategies and engines both online and offline with a strong focus on Channel Marketing
- Build an experimentation pipeline to optimize the costs and maximize user acquisitions
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end organic and inorganic digital marketing, social media marketing & influencer marketing campaigns
- Constantly identify new tools and platforms to generate a higher level of insights for the marketing function
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC
- To lead Brand Marketing, PR, Content Marketing, Communications, and other marketing functions.
- Analyze, review, and report the effectiveness of campaign efforts to maximize results

Job requirements:

- 5+ years of core growth marketing experience - experiment-driven growth process at a high-growth company with a proven track record of driving massive growth in the funnel
- Masters or MBA (preferably with marketing specialization)
- Experience of working with both B2B and B2C brands in digital marketing and brand building
- Need for speed, someone who is comfortable working in fast-paced dynamic environments and having ownership as well considering the complexities involved in Growth
- Creates Transformation Outcomes: You have a track record of driving initiatives from ideation through completion that move the needle
