Job Responsibilities:

- Debt Collection: Contact customers to recover outstanding payments for SBI accounts.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with customers to secure payments and resolve any issues related to their accounts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the system.
- Incentive Achievement: Work towards achieving targets to earn unlimited incentives.

Skills and Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Graduate (freshers who graduated in 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible).
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Hindi.
- Customer Handling: Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle data and records accurately.
