**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate hairstylist with expertise in hair extensions, toppers, and other hair styling services to join our dynamic team at **SMA International Makeup Academy**. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent hair services to our clients at the academy and at their homes. You will be expected to offer professional hair extension installations, styling, and maintenance services, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hair Extension Services**:

- Install, maintain, and style hair extensions (clip-ins, tape-ins, fusion, etc.) and toppers according to client preferences and needs.
- **Client Consultations**:
Assess clients' hair and provide personalized recommendations for extensions, styles, and maintenance.
- **On-Site Services**:
Perform hair extension installations, touch-ups, and other styling services at the academy in Koregaon Park, Pune, as well as at clients' homes when needed.Provide aftercare advice and maintenance tips to clients to ensure the longevity of their hair extensions and toppers.Maintain a clean, organized work area, adhere to hygiene standards, and ensure the highest level of professionalism with clients.You will be required to travel to clients’ homes for certain services, for which a petrol allowance will be provided. **Personal bike ownership** is essential for this role.**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a hairstylist, with specific expertise in hair extensions, toppers, and related services.
- Knowledge of different types of hair extensions and installation techniques (clip-ins, tape-ins, micro-links, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Must have your **own personal bike** to commute to home visit appointments.
- Ability to travel within the local Pune area for client home visits.
- Punctual, professional, and reliable.
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices in a salon environment.
- **Experience in providing services at clients' homes** is a plus.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- ₹20,000 per month as base salary.
- Additional **petrol allowance** for home visits based on the distance traveled.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
