Overall experience range of 10-15 years is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS
- At least 3 years of experience in Spark/Pyspark
- Experience of designing enterprise scale data warehouse/data marts/data lake
- Exposure to cloud native data warehouses such as redshift
- Excellent understanding of AWS storage, and it's compute services. Able to effectively use of AWS managed services - Step function, EMR, Lambda, Glue and Athena.
- Experience in a solution architecture role and in hosting solutions over private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms.

- Multicloud & modernization exposure
- Hands-on expertise on Java, SQL, Integrations (Webservices)
- Evaluate and recommend AWS services best suited for customer needs for optimal solution
- Drive significant technology initiatives end to end and across multiple layers of architecture
- Provides strong technical leadership in adopting and contributing to open source technologies related to Data Engineering across multiple engagements
- Designing / complex, highly available, distributed, failsafe compute systems dealing with considerable amount (GB/TB) of data
- Identify and work upon incorporating Nonfunctional requirements into the solution (Performance, scalability, monitoring etc.)
