Technical Expertise:

- **CAD software**:They use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to create detailed plans, drawings, and models of the space.
- **Building codes and regulations**:They are knowledgeable about building codes and regulations to ensure that the design is safe and compliant with legal requirements.
- **Material specifications**:They select and specify materials, considering factors like durability, cost, and aesthetic appeal.
- **Collaboration**:They collaborate with other professionals, such as structural engineers, lighting specialists, and contractors, to ensure a smooth and successful project.

Other Responsibilities:
