English Communication Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled **English Communication Trainer** who can help our students improve their spoken English, professional communication, and overall confidence. The trainer will work with students to enhance their fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and presentation skills, preparing them for interviews, corporate interactions, and workplace communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and interactive **English communication training sessions** for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Teach **spoken English, grammar, vocabulary building, pronunciation, and soft skills**.
- Develop students’ **presentation skills, group discussion abilities, and interview techniques**.
- Create **lesson plans, activities, and assessments** to track progress.
- Incorporate real-life scenarios and role-plays to improve confidence.
- Provide **individual feedback and guidance** to students.
- Collaborate with the academic team to integrate English communication skills into other courses.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as an English trainer, language instructor, or communication coach.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ability to handle batches of students with different learning speeds.
- Knowledge of **soft skills training** will be an advantage.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Patient, approachable, and empathetic.
- Creative teaching style with interactive activities.
- Ability to inspire and boost student confidence.
- Familiarity with **corporate communication and workplace etiquette**.

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday(approx 1-2 hours daily)
- Occasional extra sessions for workshops and events.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
