**Your role**
- We're looking for Finance Analyst to:
- Preparation of complex accounting Journals, ledger integrity checks and control, account ownership sign off in BCS reconciliation, feed reconciliation, clearance of suspense balance, Inter company analysis
- Preparation of MoM/QoQ variance analysis with quality commentary and business drivers insight for senior management and diverse stakeholders
- Reconciliations of bank accounts & cash transactions, intercompany and other balance sheets accounts
- Cooperate with other parts of Finance, IT and other stakeholders to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Ensure accounting policies are adhered to and new policies are implemented accordingly where applicable
- Preparation of various financial reports, MIS & management reporting’s
- Analysis of the monthly P&L and balance sheet trend reports, and production of commentary on each
- The role requires team collaboration skills in addition to being an individual contributor. Re-engineering and standardization of processes as required and support business specific initiatives. Also to have the flexibility required to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Centralized LEC team in Pune. The role is within the Group Finance function which is responsible for the financial and management accounting for all business divisions and ensures complete, accurate and auditable reporting for all the external regulatory and statutory bodies as well as for internal clients.

**Your expertise**
- Attitude to learn and improve in complex Techno Financial Accounting setup
- Attention to detail and strong process improvement capabilities by challenging As-Is process
- CA, MBA or equivalent degree
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and reporting standards
- 3+ years of Experience in Accounting and reporting of banks or financial services
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially MS Excel and ERP tools (SAP/BW/Oracle/Hyperion/BI)
- Ability to multitask, work independently, willingness and capability to build robust control environment for existing processes & regulatory reporting
- Average English language and communication skills
