**Diesel Engine Mechanic - Oil & Gas Field**

Assembly & troubleshooting of Caterpillar Diesel Engines, Electronics engines troubleshooting and overhauling.

**Job Description**:

- Administering testing and assembling heavy-duty diesel engines.
- Attend all kind of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical engine related. - Contributing in caterpillar engines overhauling hands on experience in D399, D398, and 3516B and all cat C series & 3400 series.
- Contributing EMD 2 stoke engines overhauling As a team Leader.
- Contributing Wartsila, Man B & W and Hundai 2 stoke engines as a team leader.
- Expertise in CAT MAK M 25 C, M 25 E, M 46 DF.
- Working as team leader several vessels, Tugs, ships Main and Auxiliary engine and DG for Major overhaul.
- Supervising team of multiple members at offshore site parallel handle 2 to 3 engines major overhaul at one site.
- Calibrating all major components like Crankshaft, Camshaft, Piston, liner, Cylinder block line boring, cylinder heads as per reusable guidelines.
- Troubleshooting various engine issues mechanical and electrical, electronic and mechanical governor problem, actuator and speed control system, PLC etc.

Job Location: Jaisalmer (Rajasthan)
Work Rotation: 3+1 (3 months working + 1 month paid off)
Duty Hours: 12 hours

- Bachelor's (preferred)
