**Job Title**: Telemarketing Executive - Female (Work from Home)

At **Ideaworks Integrated Pvt. Ltd.**, we are a premium event production company specializing in **Sound Equipment rentals for Live Sound, DJ setups, and Corporate Events**, as well as **LED Video Wall rentals for Corporate Events and Weddings**. With in-house inventory and professional expertise, we ensure top-quality service to our clients.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, introduce our services to potential clients, and support our sales efforts—all while working remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to event companies, wedding planners, corporates, hotels, and venues to promote our services.
- Explain our offerings (Sound Equipment rentals & LED Video Wall rentals) and generate interest.
- Maintain a database of leads, and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism.
- Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team to improve campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer engagement preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English.
- Ability to work independently from home with mínimal supervision.
- Quiet workspace, good mobile connection, and headset required.

**Work Mode**: Remote / Work from Home
**Working Hours**: 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
