Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients such as Titan and others.
- Coordinate and manage purchase orders - from receipt to internal processing and execution follow-ups.
- Track order progress and ensure follow-ups with internal departments to meet client timelines.
- Monitor order status and escalate any potential delays or client concerns.
- Handle data entry and management of client interactions, orders, feedback, and reports.
- Assist in creating and implementing client-specific marketing strategies or promotional plans.
- Maintain and update client-specific dashboards, reports, and trackers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide regular updates to the Marketing Lead and participate in review meetings.
- Support marketing initiatives for new product developments or customized offerings.

**Education**:B.Tech / B.E / MBA (Marketing or Operations) or any relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification.

**Experience Required**: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in client coordination, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.

**Location**:Kolhapur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
