**Calling Specialist**

We are looking for dynamic professionals and freshers who can give customer support / verification services on call to a US based company.
- **Proficiency in English is a must.**

**SHIFT: NIGHT SHIFT**

**Working DAYS: MON - FRI (US Calendar for holidays)**

**Location: VIBHUTI KHAND,LUCKNOW**

**The major roles & responsibilities include: -**

1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe

2. Provide correct information to the customers

3. Enters details into the software

4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.

5. Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.

6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.

7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.

8. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.

9. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

**Salary Expectations**

We are looking for professionals with experience and freshers too

The salary will range between 11,000 to 20,000 (Salary + Incentives Structure)

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
