Job Title: Unit Manager/Front Line Manager

CTC: Max up to 2.4 LPA

Experience: 1-4 Years

**Job Description**:
Roles and responsibilities
- Plan and execute sourcing plan for hiring agents.
- Achieving Monthly and Yearly business targets through agents.
- To plan and execute plans for procuring new Policies/Customers.
- Adhering to company guidelines and procedures.

Job Specification
- Preferable relevant experience in Life Insurance Sales/Any insurance Sales.
- Exposure to people management.
- Open for local travel.
- 10+2 pass out with local geography familiarity
- Age Range 25-35.
- Preferable Male.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
